Time’s Gone Wrong (It’s The Wedding Of River Song)

At 5:02 on 22nd April
Time’s disintegrating all at once
The Doctor’s called to Winston Churchill
To tell him the story of what he had done

It started when they said that Silence would fall
When the oldest question was asked
And the Doctor tried to run away from it all
But he couldn’t run that fast

Because time’s gone wrong
It’s the Wedding of River Song
Silence is falling soon
What will the Doctor do 
We’re all so convinced 
That it can’t end like this

He travels around to get some information
But the Silence are gathering all the same
He’s long haired and bearded as Churchill’s soothsayer
But then Amy comes and takes him on a train

And at Area 52 he finally sees River
He wants to touch her to turn back time
They all get eyepatches so they can remember
But the Doctor’s determined to make things right

In the pyramid the glass walls are cracking
Rory doesn’t notice the SIlence escaping

Because time’s gone wrong
It’s the Wedding of River Song
Silence is falling soon
What will the Doctor do 
We’re all so convinced 
That it can’t end like this

And up to the roof they go all together
River tries to tell the Doctor that he should live
The past and the future all want to help him
And suddenly he proposes marriage

So now that they’re husband and wife
The Doctor whispers his secret to life
And on the beach he’s safe inside
No no he didn’t die

Because time’s gone wrong
It’s the Wedding of RIver Song
The Silence is falling soon
What will the Doctor do
The question’s in plain view
The question of Doctor Who?

And so he’s still here
For another year
And River and Amy know
That he’d never really go
So we can all relax
The Doctor will be back
